I’m Rheaa, a strategist, designer, problem solver, maker, and dreamer currently based in San Francisco who loves finding ways to transform everyday hassles into delightful experiences, and I’m currently doing just that at Instrument.

My passion for design started very early on in life, from toddler wall art scribbles, to middle school art competition wins, to high school club & event poster designs.

In 2022, I graduated from Purdue University with a degree in user experience design and psychology, where I was able to put all of my creative skills to practice.

Growing up across multiple cultures – India, Japan, and the US – has molded me into a designer with a vibrant, multicultural lens—one that’s deeply curious about how cultural intersections shape our world. This upbringing fuels my passion for understanding the psychology behind human needs and desires. I’ve used that passion to build a career that I love, collaborating with people I admire, and solving for humans I want to support!
